Established in 2004, Stellar (or the “Company”) is a privately-owned company that operates as a telecommunication tower contractor and maintenance company with operations all over Indonesia. It has gained the credibility of well-known telco tower companies through its safety certifications and awards, service excellency, and innovative approaches.

As of today, the Company has built over 350 BTS towers, 3000+ ongoing maintenance and past maintenance projects of BTS towers for its clients, installed more than 100 fiber optic lines, and executed 70+ tower strengthening sites.

The Sponsor of the Company is a seasoned telco contractor expert with an imposing track record in the industry, he also maintains a good relationship with notable telco companies in the country. To-date, Stellar has tagged along with big names to handle operations maintenance as well as key project establishments.

Stellar is currently at its grown stage and looking to expand its business through additional service contracts and acquiring an internet service provider company. Therefore, looking for an equity partner to establish viable strategic plans that allows the Company to establish a stronger presence in the market. This will be an important step prior to its IDX listing.
